My husband ordered free trial product in Dec. and since then we have had $400. charged to our credit card for product we did not order. The big mistake was when he agreed on the initial free trial order to leave a credit card number for reorders in the event we liked the product.
This company is fraudulently making charges on said credit card account.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I had similar thing happen but my bank denied the charge and I canceled my card. However they sent me the product. It looked super legit. Did you also receive the fraudulent product as well as have your card charged illegally?
