Visual Eyes prescribed and was contracted to fill the prescription on March 10,2022. It is now a month later and I have not received my glasses. What I have received are promises and lies. I have entered a dispute with my credit card company to stop payment. I have also requested Visual Eyes to return my personal eyeglass frame that they charged me $40.00 to use. I have requested my frame and only been promises and lies. I am 80 years old and need my frame to have a reputable company to fill the prescription.

Desired outcome: Return of my eyeglass frame.
