Vista Shops review: Disappointed with shipping, communication, and no cancellation option

I ordered the Vista Mini Bluetooth Speakers in vivid colors from the Today Show on December 1, 2025, expecting it to arrive before Christmas. Unfortunately, the shipping timeframe stated it would arrive after Christmas, which was extremely disappointing. The communication throughout the process felt dry and unhelpful—I honestly felt like they didn’t care about the delay.

To make matters worse, they will not allow cancellations or refunds, even though the item won’t arrive in time for the holiday. Now I have to spend extra money to ship the gift to another destination because I was planning to give it on Christmas Day. This is frustrating, especially since I ordered another item from the Today Show previously and it arrived right away. I don’t understand why this one had to take so long.

The shipping experience and lack of flexibility were horrible. I would think twice before ordering again if timely delivery and customer service matter to you.
