Dear Complient officer,

This is to inform you that, my Vistara booked ticket from Delhi to Bangalore on 6th August 2022 also Return ticket booked from Bangalore to Delhi on 13th August 2022 is confirmed.

But unfortunately, I have been sick with flu, a bad cough, cold, throat infarction, and a runny nose as a consequence, and today, the doctor advised me not to travel and I have to take good rest.

Keeping the above fact in my view, I appeal to you to reschedule my tickets on 7th October 2022 and return on 15th Oct 2022 OR refund my money. I am looking for your positive support.

My current E-ticket number is: 228-[protected]

Booking Reference (PNR): KIEMPT

I want to thank you in advance. Please find the attached document for the same.
