Vistana review: Timeshare exit

It's quite disconcerting when a business, reliant on its clientele for survival, dismisses the concerns of those very patrons. Yes, we're talking about us, your customers. We feel strongly misled by your sales representatives, and it's unfathomable that we don't have the freedom to select our preferred resort. It's truly a backward system! Your business continues to operate due to the trust and loyalty of customers like us, and it's high time you acknowledged this fact. We're adamant about this - we demand an end to our timeshare agreement.
