I purchased eyeglasses with the protection plan. My lenses are scratched and need to be replaced. This can not be done because of a loophole the vision center is using. My perception for my lenses has expired. If I get another perception, my protection plan doesn't cover the replacement. This is a lot of double talk. I purchased the protection plan in good faith. Walmart should not use loopholes to get out honoring the plan.
