Visa Gift Card review: Replace card or return money.

Purchased visa gift card from Kroger on 11/09/22. {100.00+ 5.95}. Called to validate but card had been compromised. Kroger would not help. Visa card services said card already uses in N.Y. I fax all my ion for and they would replace. Three weeks later I have nothing and now calls do not go through, I'm downloading info sent to them 11/12/22. Card in question is [protected].
