Virtual DJ is a software that really knows how to squeeze every penny out of its users. They seem to have no qualms about taking as much money as possible from you, and when they make a mistake, don't expect them to fix it. I personally experienced being double charged for several months, and when I reached out to them, they simply shrugged it off and said, "Too bad." Let me tell you, this has got to be the worst service I have ever encountered.

Now, let's talk about the double charging issue. It's frustrating enough to be charged once, but to be charged twice for the same thing is just plain outrageous. I mean, who wants to pay twice for something they only need once? It's like buying two burgers at a fast food joint and only getting one. It's a total rip-off!

And what's even more infuriating is their response when I brought this issue to their attention. Instead of apologizing and rectifying the situation, they basically told me to suck it up and deal with it. I couldn't believe my ears! It's like they don't care about their customers at all. It's as if they think they can just take our hard-earned money and run, without any consequences.

Let me tell you, this kind of customer service is simply unacceptable. When you pay for a service, you expect to receive what you paid for, and you certainly don't expect to be treated like a second-class citizen. It's a shame that Virtual DJ doesn't seem to understand this basic concept.

In conclusion, I would strongly advise against using Virtual DJ. Their lack of customer care and their blatant disregard for their users' concerns make them a company that is not worth your time or money. Save yourself the headache and find a different software that actually values its customers. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

If you're having issues with the software, it can be quite frustrating to wait a long time for a response. And even when you send a few more emails asking for a reply, you might encounter an irritated individual who accuses you of creating multiple tickets without your knowledge of any wrongdoing. Even if you apologize, you still might not receive a response, not even when you inquire about where you can file a complaint.

I had some problems with the program that runs all of my DJ equipment. So, I decided to visit the Virtual DJ website in search of solutions. Let me tell you, it was quite frustrating because I couldn't find an answer to my issue. But then, out of nowhere, the tech chat support assistant popped up and asked if I needed help. I explained my problem to him, and he took control of my computer. In no time at all, he managed to solve the issue and even updated me with the latest version of Virtual DJ 8. Let me tell you, that was some top-notch customer service right there.

I wanted to express my gratitude to the support assistant, but when I went back to thank him, he had disappeared into thin air. Nevertheless, I want Virtual DJ to know that they have the absolute best customer service, and I would highly recommend all DJs to use their software.

Oh, and let me not forget to mention that their beats per minute (BPMS) are always spot on. It's one of the reasons why Virtual DJ is considered one of the best DJ companies in the world. So, whether you're a mobile DJ like me, or a global DJ, Virtual DJ is the way to go. Trust me, you won't be disappointed. DJ Femmie Jackson, signing off.

When I first got my hands on Virtual DJ, I gotta say, I was blown away by all the cool things you can do with it. I mean, seriously, it's like a DJ's dream come true. And get this, you can even use the free version and still have access to everything you could possibly need. How awesome is that? I was so impressed that I was ready to whip out my bank card and go Pro, no hesitation!

But hold up, before I made that commitment, I thought it would be a good idea to reach out to their support team through their chat system. I had a little issue with the broadcast side of things that I wanted to clarify. Unfortunately, the person I ended up chatting with turned out to be a real downer. They made me feel dumb and talked down to me. Can you believe it? What a bummer! That experience really made me question whether I wanted to go Pro or not. I mean, if this is how their "support" treats customers, I don't have much confidence in them if I ever need help in the future. First impressions are everything, you know?

These Virtual DJ folks really need to understand that they're only in their jobs because of us, the customers. They need to realize that they're the face of Virtual DJ and the first point of contact for us. It's a shame that some of them don't seem to get that. So yeah, I'm taking a step back from going Pro for now. I want to feel confident in the support I'll receive if I ever need to reach out to them again. It's all about the customer experience, folks!
