I have gone to 4 different stores and they don't have Virginia Slim Regular in the box, soft pack or carton. All they have are the lights and menthol.
Is there a reason for the difficulty in getting my brand? Have you stopped making them? The stores can't answer my question either as they haven't received a shipment of the regulars.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
You have to be aware of the community and the store's from which you purchase the product from. Remember and note, when the shipment of product is shipped to the location there are so many factors to consider pertaining to the third party handling of product. The prices are fixed on the basis of fiscal expenditure, so it is not necessarily the corporate office itself that are manipulating the price and product. It is the store method of practice. If anything, the corporate office should be pissed off from receiving so many bad reviews that they are not able to maintain.
Not to mention, if the store is receiving unincorporated, invalidated, or quality of merchandise; it is preferred to contact the corporate office with the information supplied on the box or cartoon so that issues can be fixed according to appropriated policy requirements.
THESE CIGARETTES WILL NOT STAY LIT. THEY GO OUT IN THE ASH TRAY AND HAVE TO BE LITE EVERY FEW MINUTES.
I have smoked Virginia Slims Ultra Lights Menthol 120's for years. Between the time in October and November 1st when I bought my carton, the price had gone up $5.00, which upset me. When REALLY gets my dander up, is the fact that you do not pack the cigarettes tight any more. If you are going to raise the price that much, the LEAST you can do is start packing the cigarettes better. Otherwise I shall have to change to another brand. Thank you.
