Absolutely dreadful customer service!

Can't speak to a human being and just auto bot replies.

I sold a Pandora necklace and earrings set on the site, when it reached the buyer, the box was empty! STOLEN

My buyer was as horrified as I was. She sent me a picture of the packaging and it was resealed using brown tape but I used clear cellotape. Also her surname was missing which was on the original label.

So, I've been in touch with evri, who were handling the parcel and they say I should contact vinted and then they said vinted provided the label. I've tried and tried to get this sorted but getting no response.

My buyer has received a refund, as she should but vinted say they looked at the pictures and decided that I had not packed the item correctly. I cannot get it through to them that this is not a case of packaging but THEFT.

As you can see from the pictures off my buyer, the box remains undamaged so what do they think happened, the box opened itself and the jewelry fell out, bearing in mind a Pandora box is not easy to open.

Surely there is something that can be done, I'm now out of pocket which is unacceptable. Where are the safeguards for sellers.

Who should take responsibility?

Evri/hermes or vinted?

I'm fuming šŸ¤¬šŸ¤¬šŸ¤¬

Desired outcome: I would like to find out how an employee from evri can possibly get away with theft, an apology for making out this was my fault, vinted to offer a refund
