Vinebrook Homes STL review: Rip off / scam

This company does not communicate at all. They do not return calls, emails, or make repairs until almost a year later. This business is very unprofessional and unorganized and I do not recommend a hopeless person to rent from them! I have been waiting for repairs and a call back since March 2022 and it is now almost June. Whenever I call I get the run around of someone saying they will have someone to reach out to me and no one ever does. I have talked to field supervisors and they still are unable to help in any way. I called today and was told they were unable to locate my property in their system which is weird concerning I still pay rent.I asked you speak to someone else including another supervisor who also told me my property has been sold. They wasn’t able to provide me any information or even a confirmation email saying that they wasn’t the current owners. I called right back and spoke with someone else and they was able to pull up my account by address and said they was the current owners. As of right now I have no clue what’s going on and no one will email or call me back for a place I pay rent for. What can a person do in this type of situation?
