I am a tenant at a complex called Townsquare Courtyard Homes in Glendale, Az, which is managed by VIM Residential Management . They are the poorest quality management company I have ever seen. They do not care about the tenants they only want to pocket the rent each month. The owner of the property is a very nasty personand will tell you she doesn't care about your complaints, because there are other happy tenants that live there. I guess it could be an ok place to live if you like to live with scorpions, roaches, and other pests in your apartment. They do not enforce any rules on the property unless they want to! If you want or need something done in your apartment that is too bad, because they are too cheap to do anything about it. The owner is a slumlord and has no landlord/Tenant service skills at all. Just keep paying that rent! All renters do your homework before moving in here!

I lived at town Square from 2012 to 2013 - I always paid my rent 6 months in advance. At the end of my lease, I decided to get a bigger place so I put in my 30 days notice and paid that month then moved, when I turn my keys in. I told the landlord (Stacy) at the time that the carpet was dirty and she could keep the deposit for carpet cleaning. She agreed and told me I shouldn't owe anything to the apartment, plus I gave her my new address just in case she needed to bill me for anything. I left everything the same way when I first moved in, no broken windows, doors or walls. Fast forward, 2 years later, I use them as reference and they told my new landlord that I owe them money and I left the apartment with irreversible damages. When I called the landlord, she said that's Stacy no longer works there and she can't do anything about what's Stacy wrote on my account. I called the cooperae office that manages Town Square and they were even worse then the landlord, I'm currently seeking legal action against them. I will never recommend Town Square to anyone.

My wife and I have lived at Town Square Courtyard homes since Dec 2012. Although we love the look of our apartment; partially because we decorated it and clean it always, This is the worst place we have ever lived. I've seen 2 managers and the owners; VIM Residental is the absolute worst. First off, they don't care about tenants at all. They refuse to properly take care of the scorpion and roach issue. I've complained several times and nothing has been done to rectify the issue. Just recently, camera were installed as a theft deterrent but that didn't stop my car from being stolen twice. The complex is nasty and the residence with children are just as nasty. RJ is the owner and I can tell you that he doesn't care at all. He only wants a monthly rent check. He could care less if you are the best tenant who never complains and always makes sure that your apartment is the best and model ready. I would like to see the owners and the management step up and meet the tenants face to face and address the issues here, but I know that will never happen.

I've been a tenant of Town Square Courtyard for nearly 5 and a half years. The first few years, which was around [protected] we had a landlord who kept the community clean, strict and very well organized. The sidewalks, parking lot, playgrounds was trash and clutter free. When he left the complex became a very disoriented place. Maintenance aren't doing their duties properly, the apartment looks very dirty, trash everywhere, gates are broken down and not to mention a new landlord every 3-6 months. It's after all an affordable housing for family with low income I suppose it's too much to ask for an experienced landlord with great management skills. On the positive side though the community has a friendly atmosphere...

Slumlords I wish we had the old managers back. These people treat tenants like they are less than human. They lie, cheat, and steal anything they can.
