vikas cargo review: Materials not received

Dear sir, I sent materials (newly brought clothes, food items, vessels including my work related documents)by vikas cargo from muscat on15. 4.12 due to cancellation of my visa.Docket no32388 and till consignment not delivered.Now iam in india for the last 9 months iam tracking and request them to deliver materials.But I got answer from them that my materials are lost and they contacted their representative mr.Balaji(south indian cargo, pallavaram chennai.Email [protected]@gmail.Com.And his contact no is [protected].He collected all details about my consignment and he promised to pay the claim in my account.Now for the past 20 days, iam not getting any response from him and he is avoiding my calls.If I call from any other no, after getting my voice, he disconnected the call and not attend the acll from the same no.So many times from so many nos I tried to contact him but he is not responding.Kindly help me to claim my loss.My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com.
