VIDBILL.COM review: SCAM ARTISTS

As the previous complaint stated I too was also OVERCHARGED by this company. They are very misleading and tricky. I opted to sign up for a video decoding software download and opted for the $2.97 choice and was charged $58.00! Companies like this should be punished. They are very misleading and tricky!
