On Friday September 2nd, 2022, the wheelchair accessible van I booked a few days ahead of time made my husband who’s quite weak and fragile and myself wait for almost 2 hours before they showed up. I made a few phone calls to them which some didn’t even go through. We missed our first appointment and were late for the second. It’s not acceptable to make people wait for that long specially sick people. It made both of us very anxious, frustrated and tiered.
