on 8/27/21 I ordered (order number #42365) louvers for a [protected] ford mustang (P/N vz101682). The order was processed and all was well.

I had called them a couple times to ask when the louvers would be shipped and it was postponed several times, which I understood, it's hard to keep up when your short on materials/employees. However, they said that the louvers would be shipped end of November.

Nov 29th: order was shipped

Dec 14th: I received the wrong louvers. I went through and made sure that what I ordered was the correct part, and I clearly ordered a different louver than what I received.

Dec 15th-17th: I emailed Vicrez customer service and per their request I sent them my order number and a photo of the incorrect part. They apologized and said to return the louvers and they would send me the correct part

Jan 1st-3rd 2022: After I sent the louvers back I asked about the process for them to send out the correct part, and they said as soon as the incorrect louvers get returned.

Jan 6th: louvers are returned

Jan 23rd: I asked about why the replacement louvers had not been shipped even though they had received the incorrect louvers 17 days earlier.

Jan 24th: Vicrez gave me the shipping information. However, fedex never received the louvers

Feb 15th: I asked what was the status of the louvers as fedex still hadn't received the louvers. That same day Vicrez said that they would look into it

Mar 9th: Fedex still hadn't received the louvers and Vicrez still hadn't given me an update into why fedex had not. I emailed them again asking why there has been no follow up emails

Mar 11th: Vicrez replied and said that the louvers would be sent Monday (mar 14th). And sent me the shipping number, with an estimated delivery date. I can't access the shipping info right now, but if memory serves the louvers were suppose to arrive March 17th.

Mar 17th: I received an email stating that the part has been discontinued and that they would give me a full refund that same day (Mar 17th).

Mar 18th: It is now 8:45pm and they still haven't refunded me.

I have all the emails to prove this. At no point was I coarse or offensive. My email is [protected]@gmail.com my phone number is [protected]

Desired outcome: Preferably, I want the product that I ordered, that they told me for the last 6 months that they had. if this is actually not possible, I would like to actually get my refund, and for them to make it right
