My account with Viasat was closed in June 20.22 All Viasat owned equipment was returned to Viasat in July 2022. on November 1, 2022 Viasat PROCESSED
a payment on the closed account. I called customer service immediately and was told the account is closed and they have all of their equipment and cannot understand why a charge for $274.99 was put on this closed account.
The person I spoke to said all he can do is put in a request for reimbursement
and this will take 7 to 14 business days. I told him the money will be putt back in my account now I have bills come out of my account and I must have that money
to cover them. The customer service rep said he can't do anything about it.
As of November 3 2022 on movement on Viasat part as I have called the customer service every day and get the same response they can't do anything about it.
Desired outcome: I want my money back and for Viasat to pay for all over drafts fees, audit them to see how many time Viasat has done this to other customers.
