LESLIE GOCZA is a known Ebay and Amazon scammer. He will order items from a seller, claim damage or non-receipt, refuse to open up cases through the proper channels and demand immediate refunds without returning product. If his demands are not met he will unleash a series of threatening emails laced with profanity and racism and will leave false negative feedback for each order to damage the sellers account metrics.

He is currently scamming three Amazon sellers by creating fake buyer accounts, placing orders being shipped to fake addresses with non-working phone numbers and leaving false negative feedback in order to sabotage their accounts. They became targets when they reported him to Amazon for multiple policy violations and Amazon took action against him.

He has had 4 Ebay accounts shut down and he is on his third Amazon seller account. Amazon is currently monitoring his activity.

He then went to a third party blog and began attacking these sellers and posting their personal information.

LESLIE GOCZA has vowed to use whatever means necessary to destroy these seller accounts. Amazon is actively investigating him.
