Velocity Investments review: Collections scam

VELOCITY INVESTMENT LLC sent multiple collection letters and emails to me. I have no record of this debt. I disputed the letters and sent a formal request for validation of the alleged debt, pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act (FDCPA) 15 U.S. Code 1692g. I asked them to provide the original signed contract and a full chain of assignment including proof that you lawfully own this debt and have the right to collect. They responded with a copy of an alleged in someone else's name and no actual proof. VELOCITY INVESTMENT LLC continues to harass me. The need to provide written proof that they have the legal right to collect this debt?
