I had a very bad experience with Velocity back in 2008/9 when I bought my 1st car. As per their advertisement; if you purchase a car with them you will receive R4000. I drove to Velocity everyday for the whole week looking for Niyaaz and i was told all sorts of lame excuses from him being to meeting, Honeymoon etc.
Later that week, I saw the same car, same dealer, same everything with a far less price.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
i made deal with them to buy a car via bank loan after bank gave them money i realised that i dnt need that car then i cancelled the deal and asked them to give back the money but they didnt since june i"ve been payin car i dnt have can please help mi bcz my lawyers they they cant help me.
Velocity people are crooks..I bought a polo 2007 model with 126000km only to find out about that the car have almost 200000km, , they reversed the KM..and the car hav problem with gearbox its only 2weeks with me...I'm so devasteted they are playing games with me...they dnt want to take it back...I NEED HELP!
