I phoned [protected] and spoke to Faidi thembethe about my 1st debit order that did not go off beginning of May 2018. We established that the FNB accountnr was incorrect.
I emailed the bankstatement. ID, and driverslicense as he requested.
I kindly asked him to confirm via email that he did receive it and that all was now in order. After a day passed I once again phoned the above nr this time speaking to a different lady. Told her the whole story. She could confirm that the banking details where corrected but the screen said "inactive". She would take it up with Faidi. Again I asked for confirmation via email. No correspondence sofar. Im none the wiser.
Lets see if this letter gets me any feedback on the matter?
