Valu Furniture review: Furniture store

Valu furniture charged my card for furniture I never received and never ordered. My husband and refused to do business with the company due to the unprofessional customer service we received from one of the employees. Later we finally noticed our credit car was being charged 270.00 and my husband assumed I had put something on autopay so never questioned it until we were called by the company because we were late on a payment and they didn't because we asked for a new card once I couldn't find the credit card and requested a new card. The company stated to us that we were late and it shows up on my husband credit reported as negative at this time. dropping our credit score and we lost our mortgage financing because of it. the company than asked us did we want the furniture it was sitting in the store we declined and asked for our money back, they stated it will take 6-8 weeks to return by check due to the fact it was a large some of money. I am requesting my money back immediately and removal of this off my husband credit report this is essentially fraud and it should be a priority. this has been a terrible experience for us we now have to wait 6 months to reapply due to a late payment status reported by this company.
