I spoke to Gage Frost the Senior Manager and he was awesome and helped me resolve my issue and save so much money I couldn't believe it. He trusted me and gave me a chance. However if it wasn't for the representative Fhaila Nayagan I wouldn't have been able to get the great deal and offer that was presented. I am extremely happy now my credit score will go up and I can become a customer with *** wireless again.

That company obviously doesn't care about staying in business! I wish I could zero stars! Wish I could do more to get help this unprofessional 'business' shut down! Agents have no consideration, they are rude, condescending, display adolescent behavior, no respect of government laws and down right incompetent! I was not at all surprised to see so many low reviews! This is NOT how ANYONE should conduct business!

This company is an economic parasite, especially during a pandemic. They should get a real job that actually provides a service, instead of, making people homeless and then going to their elaborate homes and dinners. Furthermore, this company will in turn cause the companies they serve to be taxed higher, in order to, fix all the society problems they have instigated. There aren't any positives from how they make their profits, except for making gains only for themselves.

Thank you soooo much *** and *** for helping me pay down my debt collection. All other debt collectors should take a page out of Valors book. Very professional, patient and they actually wanted to help me out. They saved me 50% off of my total debt. Dont believe the reviewsI read them.its really hard to believe what people on here are saying that is negativeask for *** or *** you wont be disappointed. Thanks again!

Absolutely terrible customer service! I spoke with someone and he wouldnt allow me to speak to his boss because he was out of office and when I asked what would be a good time I could call back for that he laughed and said hes in office hes just not going to transfer me to him because there was no need. And then laughed in my face and told me I better have the funds in my account or else I would regret it. Would absolutely love for someone in management to contact me asap!

I really wish I could give this company a negative star review. Working for a collections service myself, Im aware of how frustrating and stressful it can be. But talking over your customer, telling them theyre wrong and LAUGHING when you ask them to let you finish talking before they condescendingly tell you to check your facts . I admitted to owing a PORTION of the debt and they made me feel stupid. I will not answer their calls and will only pay online once the dispute is resolved. I cant believe a company like this exists. They need to work on patience. Compassion. Empathy.

They call my phone twice a day, every day. They usually call from different numbers too. I know it's Valor VIP though since my phone screening app shows the number is registered to them. When I used to answer, the phone line would either go dead after a couple of seconds or I would hear a recording about my vehicle's extended warranty. (*** anyone fall for that these days?) I'm now receiving text messages from them asking me to contact them. I wish they were using a text messaging shortcode so I could report their abuse of it. I sent an email to their compliance dept. and hopefully my number will be removed soon."

I am trying to get a collections paid off through this company. I started making payments in October , one in November, one in December and one in January . When trying to make my February payment the system won't let me access my account even with the reference number they assigned to my account AND the original account number from the debt. I have sent three emails requesting they contact me via email or text without success. How am I supposed to make my payment and get this debt out from under me if I can't login and they won't contact me as I've requested. Why don't I want a phone call from them ... mainly because it is unnecessary and I have no desire to talk with them. I've made four payments without incident ... what's the deal now?

I want to share the exceptional services that I received from Valor Intelligent Process. *** was the individual that assisted me with my account, and the level of patience, persistence, and professionalism displayed exceeded my expectations. It is rare that you encounter someone that is calling about a debt to have the care, compassion and concern that he exhibited. Even when there was a problem with my initial payment going through, he stayed the course with me throughout the process and even inquired with his colleagues as to what we could do to ensure it happened.Thank you all so much for helping to ensure that I was able to clear out the debt owed to DISH network.I am forever grateful and thankful for the services provided. My review is on ***, he is an employee of Valor.I.P. *** was by far the most amazing customer service employee I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with. He was helpful, respectful, understanding, and relatable. Like he was the realest person I've ever encountered dealing with a debt collector. Lol I've have never stayed on the phone with any debt collector for more than *** seconds before I hang up, but I was on the phone with *** for 32minutes and I'm actually gonna pay off my debt. I mean it when I say if it would've been anyone else that called I probably wouldn't be paying my stuff off. He took time to make sure I understood everything, he was patient when I had to look for my cards. He is the bees knees and then some. He needs a raise cause I'm sure he has to deal with a lot terrible people. So yea, 5 stars to V.I.P for hiring such an amazing person like him.

These people are beyond ignorant. I simply blocked their number and if they call from another, I'll block that one too. They called me demanding I confirm my address? Who are they to call me to confirm anything with me. They told me they handle personal matters regarding me. How can you handle personal information regarding me but ask me to verify my information without giving any information? They then blurted out my mailing address which is public information and can be searched by looking literally anywhere. The guy then hung up in my face and I called back. The line was immediately picked up by someone else who asked me to confirm my address? The other guy already told me that address, so how is that confirming anything? Come on. These people have been calling me non-stop for some reason but I guess I'll never know. They literally opened the call with verify your address? No hello, no Hi, no my name is whatever. Just aggressively asking for me to verify my mailing address. That's not even sensitive information!

I had a very unpleasant phone call from a gentleman I could barely understand as he was talking so fast. I could not get a word in edgewise. Not only was the rep I spoke with unprofessional, but I found his comments after my expressing I wanted to confirm the balance due and their company sarcastic and demeaning. As I had never heard of this company I was concerned it was a scam and wanted to verify my records and the legitimacy of their company before giving them a credit card number. The rep told me to just Google them while I was on the phone with him and then pay. I told him I needed to check my records and asked for a call back number which he never gave me. After finding their number on my own, tried to call and speak with the supervisor about their employees behavior and pay my bill, but was never transferred to a supervisor. I ended up calling Dish Network directly and their very professional and kind representative was able to listen, answer my questions, and I paid my account in full. I understand this is a collection agency, but you are still in a customer service role and should have the skills to listen to a caller without being sarcastic or speaking down to people.

THIS REVIEW INVOLVES VALOR INTELLIGENT PROCESSING AND AGENT ***. I am currently having a BIG issue with *** regarding shutting down my Moms phone line, returning the phone (recent purchase) and NOT RECEIVING THE CREDITS PROMISED TO THE ACCOUNT. I was patiently waiting for *** to get back to me to resolve this situation, calling back every two-three weeks and told the account had not been credited and to call back. THEN *** got involved, he explained the situation (he had received the past-due account which had a $194 balance due) I paid the $90 to him based upon the INFORMATION PROVIDED BY *** and advised I would be contacting *** on the balance. I GOT A RESPONSE FROM *** AFTER EMAILING THE EXECUTIVE TEAM FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE (the end of May ). SO NOW, I have been dealing with *** and the responses have come back rather slowly, but there does seem to be some progress on the *** side, since *** told me MY ACCT # is now closed with ***. *** has been very helpful, listens to my concerns and also provides his insight to this issue. NOBODY wants any accounts to go to collections, and *** is just doing his job. He did not pressure me, but provided needed info so that I could GRIND ON *** to actually get the credit to my account THAT IS DUE. IF YOU HAVE A COLLECTION SITUATION THAT NEEDS ATTENTION, *** is the guy you want on your side. DON'T LIE TO HIM, OWN UP TO YOUR OWN ISSUES, and he will help to get a good resolve.

I just had the most ridiculous phone conversation with an agent at this company I've a Comcast account I had 3 years ago that was settled 3 years ago. I don't know the agent's name because it was hard to understand but, apparently, the conversation was recorded so VALOR should give it a listen! I've been getting missed calls from this company for a month and they never leave a messsg. Whenever I've called the number it would ring and then hang up on me. Today is the first time someone answered. In a nutshell, this agent was telling me I have an outstanding Comcast balance. I haven't had Comcast in 3 years and the balance was resolved 3 years ago. Throughout the conversation he consistently called me a liar when I told him this was resolved, that I had never even heard of VALOR and had never received anything in the mail from them (and I confirmed my address with him). He insisted that all of the debt information was true because he was telling me it was true and I'm just supposed to believe him. He told ME to call Comcast and I said I would not. I told him he could get them on the line and we could continue the discussion. He got all flustered and said he couldn't do that. The conversation just got more and more stupid with him insisting that this was all true because he said it was... 3 years later. Are you kidding me? I'm supposed to give money or information to a strange man from with bogus information? We ended up talking over each other and he said he was marking my file with me refusing to cooperate. This company has been in business for 2 years and is calling me about a closed account from 3 years ago. It just has SCAM written all over it and all of the ComplaintsBoard.com reviews and complaints basically say the same thing. Stop harassing me for something that was resolved and not your business!
