VALIV / AIG / Corebridge review: I sent them my annuity check for deposit into my IRA account. The check was cashed, but the money never went to my account.

I cashed out an Annuity check, the check was mailed to me, my financial advisor, Richard Maurisma Sr, from Valic/Corebridge/AIG, sent me an overnight envelope to send him the check, the check was payable to VALIC, FOB my name.

The check was cashed, but not into my account. Valic has my money, however, no one from the company returns my calls to inquire where the money is. It has been over six weeks and I still do not have any answers.
