Valet Living review: Poor service

Our service is provided by our apartment complex so we don't have an option. This service is paid through our monthly rent so we really don't have a choice. Both my wife and myself are handicapped senior so it is very difficult for us to get to the dumpster carrying a heavy bag of garbage. One of the benefits to living here was having our trash picked up at our door. In the past from about 11 months ago back i would have given a 5 star rating as the staff they had was very professional and had great customer service skills, showed up with a great attitude. I'm not for sure what has happened over the past 10 month's or so because there has been a major shift in things. They won't pick up all the trash, according to them it is a safety issue to take all the bags. So I guess it is safer to have a handicapped senior do it. Yes it does not make any sense to me. When I have complained to the complex office, I just get yes a lot of people have been complaining with nothing to be done about it. We are to the point that I will be looking at moving when our lease is up and not to a complex that has this service. I guess for the time being I will need to pay for a service on my own that I am already paying for to pick up after Valet Living. I would have given zero star but that was not an option.
