UTO Vacation Company review: Using pandemic to steal money 1

I put down a deposit for couple of trips with UTO. They cancelled my China/India trip (#19401) more than a year ahead of the scheduled? The trip is not depart until OCTOBER 15, 2023, UTO transfer my money to other booking without my authorization. I try to contact UTO by phone calls, emails with no responded. After 9 months and a 1 star review on their website (UTO deleted my review now), Amy Yiu calls offer no explain, refuse a refund and ask if I would like to reinstate the trip now. If they did that from the start I would get into their trap, to pay final payments+ $300 tip per person (nowhere in the world charge $30 tip a day per person), with this kind of service UTO is not even deserve 2 cents a day. I declined the offer ask her to provide me with document to support her reason to keep my $1200, now UTO stay silence again. UTO can not be trusted, they using the pandemic to steal our money without provide the service, they keep selling the trip knowing that it will be cancel, using the little mistake/small print to refuse the refund. In my case, it is 100% of their fault, UTO still refuse to give me a refund. I will not go quiet so please join me to bring awareness to fellow travelers.
