Utility Trailer Manufacture Atkins, VA review: I want to be transferred to another department

Hired under false pretext. Was hired to do one job, once hired was put into a different location was told I would be moved to the location I was hired for once the supervisor came back from vacation. The supervisor came back from vacation & they still will not move me. I have been singled out by my supervisor in the op-shop, where I'm being forced to work. I have gone to HR about this issue, HR said it's up to my supervisor to allow me to transfer out of my current department. HR says they cannot move me, even though HR is who told me I would be moved in the first place. I am overqualified to do this job I am being forced to do. The position I was hired for Is yard jockey, I am supposed to be the backup yard jockey when someone calls in but my op-shop supervisor won't allow me to be. The supervisor calls me out & harasses me Infront of everyone. he constantly asks me what I'm doing? why am I doing it that way? Today he called me out Infront of everyone & wrote me up for missing a day yesterday & said I've missed too many days. I know my coworker has missed twice as many days & hasn't been wrote up. He told me so himself. I am being harassed & being made to fill like I need to quit my job. I am being singled out. My supervisor said he took it upon himself to give me a floating holiday without my consent. This man has called me out on multiple things each & every day I work, I have missed a few days at work for the fact that I don't like working where I'm working & they refused to let me transfer to another location. I have been a truck driver for 14 years. I took the job at Utility for the benefits & so I could be home with my family. Utility is constantly hiring since they can't keep anyone. They lie to get you hired & when you ask HR to help HR says it's not their problem. I have asked HR multiple times about transferring me they say I can't transfer unless my supervisor allows it. My supervisor doesn't like me simply because I'm more knowledgeable than he is about his own job. I know how to read measurements. I go into work, I do my job I don't have to ask how to do my job, he doesn't like me because I don't fit into his cliché. I'm writing this because this job site is treating me unfairly, its discrimination.
