Wells Fargo - Efforts to close my account

I attempted to close my account about 4 weeks ago and was told I had to speak with Andrew Eaton at the Sheridan, Wyoming bank.
I have called AND LEFT MESSAGES FOR Andrew at least 4 times since I emptied my account.
Yet 4 weeks later and I am now overdrawn by $48
I would expect any reasonable person would be upset. Maybe even angry. Can someone please call me and fix this mess?
