GrandStay Hotels / GrandStay Hospitality - Unprofessional management

My niece and were borderline stalked by the manager. The owner was present most of the time, so I assume he allowed this. The manager did not give me a 2nd floor room as I had booked, he instead put me in the room right next to his (he must live there). We found him outside our room in the hall multiple times drinking beers and bragging about it. He called our room in the middle of the night and just let it ring and ring until we picked up. He said he was calling because he wanted to talk to us. Ew. Then when we went to lock the door, the lock was non-functional! So we put furniture in front of the door! Woke up (barely slept) and there were notes he had slipped under our door. Giving me his name and phone number, telling us he was in the room right next to ours! We called my brother to come escort us out in the morning. We called the hotel to complain and they promised a call back. Never called us back. So we called them again and whoever answered acted annoyed we were calling again and said the manger will “probably” be getting terminated. Not good enough for me. This reeks of sex trafficking. I filed a police report, they can’t do anything since being a creep isn’t illegal. I have pictures of the door and the notes.

Desired outcome: Investigation into this branch.
