I was verbally abused by an angry employee. He reluctantly came out of his office to service my car. He guided me in and was irritated because I turned the wheel too much and scoffed at me in disgust. Then yelled at me in an angry tone for not driving my car into the garage well enough.
He was also unfortunately mentoring to kids watching him.
What a horrible experience.
Needless to say, I left without service.
