Associated Bank

Met with branch manager to discuss account nsf fees I didnt expect these to be taken off but had to ask if there was something they could do . I was then and still are in just disbelief that a branch manager could be so disrespectful to someone that has been with this bank for over 13 years and never had nsf fees or any problems until they took the bank out of the town we live in . The managers attitude and they way he talked to me in the office and on the phone with me after I left was very un professional and still am just in disbelief I was talked to like that.
