Applebee's - Service/Product

order was not brought up for carside to go order, website stated the food will be brought up, waited about 9 minutes after the pick up time finally i called the restaurant and told me to go inside and pick it up because of the store policy after 9pm but that’s not mentioned in the website, food was cold and fries were soggy. This needs to be addressed. Thank you

Desired outcome: I would like an apology or a refund.
