Was determined eligible for PUA at the end of December. Started filing weekly claims online. Have yet to receive payment. Covid lockdowns have ruined my self employment. Not eligible for regular UI. Why was I deemed eligible for PUA if I am not receiving weekly settlements?
Wythe office informed me to try for a virtual appointment. Local office unable to answer my question. Toll number disconnects you. Toll number says employee PIN is invalid. WTF is wrong with this agency? They've had a year to figure it out but still inept, incompetent.
Desired outcome: I want my payments issued
