First flight (4373) to leave at 10:50AM on May 31st out of Binghamton, NY was cancelled after postponing it for 3 hours due to mechanical difficulties. Was booked on flight (4385) to leave same airport at 6:10PM that evening. This flight was also cancelled due to crew showing up at airport in Philadelphia, PA 2 hours late. Had to spend the night in Binghamton and catch the flight out of there the next morning, June 1, 2011. In the process, I had to find a place to spend the night in Binghamton and missed a day of work on June 1st because of not getting back to Charlottesville, VA until later that afternoon. I am very disappointed in this airline and feel I should be compensated for my nightmare flying with them.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
