Cato

The past 4 times I've been to Cato's in Roanoke the customer service has been HORRIBLE! The girl they have hired is the absolute worst. She will not stop her "job" to help people, my 3 year old had to use the bathroom and she told her that "she can't use the bathroom there" then started ringing up my purchase. It then took her FOREVER to get the clothes in the bag. When she was done she put the bag on the counter and walked off...😡 she has done this every time I have dealt with her... never have I experienced any other employees like this in clothing stores. She needs a different job! I will not be going back to that Cato... I work too hard for my money to be treated like I'm bothering her.
