Walmart

I have a concern regarding the policy about purchasing disinfectant spray. The store on Military Highway in Norfolk, VA has signs stating that you can only purchase one product. I observed a customer attempting to purchase one of the Great Value and one of the Lysol and the brands. The associate indicated that you could not purchase the both of them. Clearly the signs say you can purchase one of each. The items are totally different. This practice seems to be unfair since the two are totally different. Please advise if this is how it is supposed to be or the associates are creating their own policies.
