For a year now I have received phone calls asking for a Jess Jacobs who has not has this number for over a year. This company who I believe are recruiters or software related, call from different extensions which I have blocked and tell them to stop calling. They dont pay attention and keep calling. The person they are looking for is at large and I have informed them of this but to no avail, I am registered with the do not call list, the next time it happens I will report them to receive a fine, I have the phone call logs to back it up
