Reservation Counter

Called and talked to a person saying they are from bla... And said he could help me with my reservation. After explaining what exactly what I was needing; 2 bedroom,4 person on the ground floor and pet friendly, he booked a room for me and charged my the full amount plus fees. When my husband got home he looked it up and saw that it was a single room on the second floor and not pet friendly. He called the hotel and they said we would have to fix the issue with the booking company and said they would wave the cancel fee. He called reservationcounter.com to just cancel the reservation and talked to someone with a very strong accent and hard to understand. Was on hold for 53 mins and then was told it would take 7-10 days to process my request and refund my money that was charged to my account in 30 secs. After all of this hassle and them holding my money hostage we had to cancel all vacation plans. Sad emoji!
