I ordered 2 sandwiches online last night at the firehouse subs in Salt Lake City, UT on 3798 S and 700 E at 8:37 pm. The store closes at 9:00pm. The site processed my order and my card was charged over $21.68. I was sent an email confirmation. I went to go and pick up my sandwiches and the employee told me that since I ordered my sandwiches online after 8 pm they would probably not get the order to make my sandwiches until the next day and was told to check with them the next day after 10:30am to see if they got my order. I requested a refund and the employee said there was nothing he could do. There was no manager to speak with, so I left the store after working a 14 hour day with no food and my credit card charged. Why did the online system process my order that evening if the store wouldn't get the information until possibly the next day? Absolutely ridiculous. I called my credit card company to dispute the charge and they said they can't do anything until the charge goes through in a couple of days. I called the store this morning to talk to a manager, still no help and no manager available. I told them again to cancel my order again and still no help. I left my number for a call back. I called corporate, no person to talk to except to leave a general voicemail. Waiting for a call back from the manager from this horrible company. I will never order from this company again. Email had a link on how was your online ordering, took me to a webpage that the survey was no longer available and contact link didn't work. What a joke.
Desired outcome: I want my money back for the sandwiches I was charged for but never received
