My name is Belinda Alaniz I'm currently an employee of Cinemark in Waco Tx... I have been having issues with an assistant manager as well as other's have had issues with the same manager and nothing has been done about it. I've had several discussions with the other Assistant managers about how she has continued to yell and have an attitude towards myself and other's and not want to help her just bark out orders. I've also had a meeting with my GM in regards to this situation before. Just recently I had another issue with the same manager and I wrote a statement against her. Since I have written the statement a couple of days ago today 11/3/2023 when I went to work I was pulled into my GMs office to discuss that he was informed that I had made statements of me wanting to have a physical altercation with the person. I've never said that and they even said that I said I would have family members get involved with the situation and I've never said that. I have vented to some of my friends that are coworkers but I have never threatened anyone. At this point I feel like she is retaliating against me because I wrote a statement about my issues with her and the fact that I keep letting management know about what is going on and still nothing has been done about the situation. Now im being suspended with out pay knowing my situation with my husband being ill and unable to work and only relying on my income to support my husband and my kids. I just don't understand how so many coworkers as well as assistant managers can have so many issues with the same person and nothing be done about it. The assistant manager that im having issues with is Kat.⁸

Desired outcome: I want the situation to be resolved and be able to go back to work with out any problems.
