The Census taker could not speak English fluently. The Census taker could not tell me in English that she was a Census taker. She could not ask me in understandable English simple questions. It is utterably ridiculous that I had to find someone that could speak Spanish to complete the Census. It is unacceptable in an English speaking country that the Census taker can not speak English fluently enough to convey their intent and get responses. This unjustly burdens the vast majority of people in our Country that speaks English.
