I placed my order around 1pm on july 19. I followed up on the order around 2pm because normally they arrive in about 45 min. The manager advises that the location is very short staffed and the driver had 5 to 6 deliveries to do on this last trip. I understand completely your short staffed, but at least a courtesy call that the delivery is going to be late would of gone along way with me... I ended up receiving my sandwich at 2:27pm. Soggy sandwich at that... who needs that.
