Valvoline Instant Oil Change [VIOC]

On Thursday, March 16th, 2023, at approximately 9am I arrived at a Vavoline location located in Round Rock, Tx on Gattis School Road. I purchased a Groupon that I have purchased in the past that was honored at the same location to be told this morning that I purchased my Groupon for Miami, FL and they were unable to honor it. I was instructed to pay full price for an oil change. I asked for the manager, to be told I was speaking to the manager and out of my peripheral vision I noticed the manager making inappropriate comments and gestures to his fellow employees. Upon completion of the oil change no one instructed me that my service was completed. I didn't receive a receipt and the employees were visibly annoyed that I asked for a manager. I basically paid $125 for an oil change.
