Reliable Chevrolet - My chevy tahoe right side mirror was damaged while in the care of reliable chevy while being repaired.

Picked my wife car up 11/12/2020. I was about to drive off after picking car up and realized the passenger side mirror was damaged. Called Chris the service guy out and he got his manager. He said they were going to investigate, but I need to make sure the car side right mirror is repaired. My wife car is not new but we cherish and take care of it like it is new. And definitely don't want to drive around with a broken damaged mirror. It was not like this when we had the car.
