I called on 07/21/2023 and filed a verbal complaint and I havent heard anything. I called today and I spoke to Alana and she hung up on me.
I ordered 6 sandwiches from 6020 Parker Blvd North Richland Hills on 07/21/2023 at 12:14pm order# 20022. and 3 of them came out wrong. My daughter called and wanted to speak to the manager Jade and she said in order to get new sandwiches we had to bring back the old ones. My daughter explained that she couldnt leave work and Jade told her to bring the old sandwiches back next week. The managers Jade wasnt nice to my daughter at all. I own a small business and if I treated my customers like yall did. I wouldnt be in business. I guess my measly $70 per week we spend isnt worth it to your company.

Desired outcome: I justed wanted someone to call or email me back and apologize for the rude behavior. to my daughter. Also to make this right.
