Cash America Pawn

I have been to Lubbock, TX location on North University on many occasions wanting to purchase firearms. I have never been attended to. Sales associates just look at me and ignore me or go to the back. The store typically looks short handed but when individuals want to pawn or pay a pawn loans there are plenty of associates to handle that. Today I waited around approximately 20mins and was never acknowledged. It may not be a lot of money to a large Corporation but I was prepared to buy multiple firearms today totaling up to over $1,500. This type of customer service is unacceptable. I personally have worked and manage a pawn shop and always greeted my customers and tended to them as well as my associates. This store needs better customer service training.

I went to buy a game cube but the employee told me they was holding it for someone who wanted it that lost it in a pawn deal but come to find out it was being held for an employee them selfs. 4/23/25 at 2:15 pm . I was told that if the person did not pay this afternoon that they would call me and let me come back and get the product it had the name Jas on it and I noticed the guy went back and talked to the other employee who's name was jasmine , point is that the game system still hade the price on it and was on the shelf behind the glass counter 🤔,

One of your Employees @ North University / Cash America was being rude and unprofessional.. phone conversation/ I was just asking about my last day of Grace on a pawn item.. I've been doing business with same location 20 plus yrs... don't really want to take up too much of your time, she basically didn't give me her name, and sarcastically asked me for my name, among other things.. Just thought I'd bring it to your attention.. Lubbock Texas/ Gilbert Garcia... thank you & be blessed always
