Camping World

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CAMPING WORLD of Lubbock. They were wonderful during the purchase, called checked in got us the best deal etc. Then had our brand-new camper at home for less than a week hadn't even used it yet and the awning detached from the fifth wheel bending the polls and sticking out about 4 ft from the fifth wheel, which of course made it unusable. Sent pictures, called and complete silence for almost two weeks they wouldn't even respond. We had to call corporate and file a complaint to even have them return our call, then when they did, they tried to tell us they had been working on it. News to us since they never responded. Said they would send someone local out to remove it. They never showed up. We called Camping World of Anthony Texas who responded gave us advise on how to remove it ourselves and bring it to them for the warranty fixes. So Advice to anyone looking to purchase go somewhere else because if you run into any issues after you sign that paperwork, your on your own!
