Today, 2/20/19 at ~7am I stopped at Gulf station for fuel. Fuel pump hose had leak and almost all the fuel was on the ground instead of in my tank. I went into Gulf to inform of the pump hose leak and to get credit to my debit card. The representative/cashier was extremely rude and said the leak happened because "it's cold outside". This makes no sense. He refused to listen to me even about the pump hose leak which is a danger to customers and environment. He was extremely rude and yelled at me in his native language. I left Gulf station with a charge to my debit card but no fuel in my tank.
Now I am so dismayed with this morning's experience that I am writing this complaint hoping Gulf cares about customer service. At the least, I would like a refund.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
My daughter got hired as a cashier 2 days ago, since there shes had 2 8 & half hours straight not one break or lunch, she was hired as cashier the manager has made her stand over 8 hours with no break didnt train her like a.proper employee should so her 2nd day the 3 to 11pm dont forget she has no experience but these 2 days but boss.lady makes stock coolers clean toilets mop floors wipe everything down change over filled cans inside and outside which was left full.from.last shift nor.did they stick.or did they ha e to clean the means bathroom without gloves and she left me to run store on my own til.11:30 pm for 7.50 an hour I like the job I need the job but I'd like to no whts my job title I was hired to.do and how come tht store cant ever keep anyone how come this isn't looked into also.And whts my rights by law to lunch and breaks 15 and could someone explain to me.why this store cant keep noone a guy came.into and quit
