Ulta Beauty

The managers are very rude and have terrible customer service, I called and made a complaint to only have the General Manager, Jennifer basically tell me I was crazy and refused to help me and hung up on me. The girls at the register are very rude, no one smiled at me. Only the girls on the floor were so polite and willing to help. The brow girl and Clinique girl were nice and greeted me. On two separate occasions they both checked in on me to see if I needed help. They just have terrible customer service and a very rude general manager. I will never recommend this ulta again. Very sad for the girls on the floor but the cons out weighed the pros.
