Americas Best Value Inn

My dad and his co workers are in Edna, Texas to work on a project located over there and they chose America's Best Value Inn specifically, 1006 East Houston Highway Edna, Tx 77957, to stay over night. Last night Monday 6/24/19 he called us and he told us the conditions their rooms were in. He told me there were dead bugs on the floor, in the restroom and their beds. Some rooms they were staying in didn't have working water in the restroom and had hairs on the beds. He told me they were going to try to sleep like that because they had work in a few hours, later on that night he calls saying they were itching and the dead bugs had already gotten on their packed clothes. I talked to the front office and told me they couldn't do anything about it but give them a new room. They're not asking for money back but I am asking for these rooms to be inspected and cleaned so future customers don't go through what my dad and his workmen went through. Thank you
